Young and adventurous, two years ago, Elias was wandering near the Seine where he first saw the fresh on spot prepared ice cream concept.
He nurtured the idea for two years until finally putting it on a trial in Souk el akel, and he sure passed the test. People went crazy over this concept.
Few months after, the first outlet saw the light, facing Train station in the trendy Mar Mkhayel neighborhood. All freshly decorated with red and white hues, and two swings to fully release the child in you!
We enjoyed not only listening to the story behind the concept but most importantly our ice cream uniquely prepared to cater our taste.
We shared two cups:
– Strawberry and chocolate chopped, rolled and topped with more chocolate syrup and strawberries
– Red velvet, provided by no other than Nahlan, the lovely lady owner of Better from scratch, mixed with lotus spread and equally topped with cake pieces, oh la la my heart skipped a beat!
Not only all the ingredients used are hand selected and natural with no preservatives, but it is a Guilt free dessert: merely 54 kcal for the ice cream and 58 kcal for the yogurt; so eventually the cup ends up with around 150-200 kcal as per the toppings you choose☺.
