Hello, my lovelies, how is it possible that we’re already on day ten of Ramadan? It feels like we’re trying to hold it close to our hearts, not wanting to lose a single day of it. I’ve been adjusting my routine and schedule to truly make the most of this month. There have been a few bumps (as always), but I’m learning that everything can be figured out with intention and a little grace. How about you?
This week, I attended the iftar of the year with Maybelline, such a beautiful gathering! I’ve been experimenting more with the content across my pages. It’s been so fun to play, test, and evolve… I hope you’ve been enjoying it as much as I have. And as always, my passion for personal styling makes my heart race a little faster. Reach out if you want to book your session, and you will not regret it!

BAFTA awards Red carpet was not as impressive this year, but you can check my review here. London Fashion Week was on the roll.
Erdem marked his twentieth anniversary with a collection praised as one of his finest, merging historical references with contemporary tailoring in what some called the beginning of “the Erdem era.
Rocha staged a show described as a love letter to Irish myth, with rosettes, ribbons and three stripes meeting at the North London venue. Daniel Lee’s show at Old Billingsgate Market was described as a refined evolution of his previous collections, sharpened and modernised.
Milan Fashion Week started strong. Glenn Martens kicked off MFW with a show staged inside a stark white warehouse filled with 50,000 artefacts from Diesel’s archive, themed around the idea of the “walk of shame as a walk of fame.”
After nine years at Dior, Chiuri’s first ready-to-wear collection for Fendi was a full-circle homecoming moment. The collection was notably restrained, dominated by black dresses, tailoring, and the house’s signature fur outerwear.
Simone Bellotti’s Sophomore Show was a widely praised step up from his debut. After a rather clinical first outing, Bellotti felt more daring, exploring ideas of contradiction, excess, tension, and eroticism. He worked in a monochromatic palette, focusing on natural materials, superfine dry wools, cashmere, and technical taffeta.
Missoni Creative Director Alberto Caliri served up one of the week’s strongest collections, with big shoulders and a smart approach to layering dominated, with echoes of the ’80s and a continued focus on outerwear.
Etro ‘s collection reflected their love affair with rich pattern and craftsmanship, marrying bohemian sensibilities with autumnal depth. It balanced tactile fabrics with signature paisleys and layered silhouettes, nodding to the house’s heritage while leaning into a cooler-weather mood.
MM6 Maison Margiela ‘s trademark “abnormal normality” was back. The collection played to the label’s strengths with reinterpretations of everyday wardrobe staples, roomy tailoring with unexpected cuts and tactile layering, paired with wear-with-anything pieces that felt at once familiar and reimagined.
Max Mara kicked off Thursday’s lineup Radical Storage, with Ian Griffiths presenting what’s being called a “Rococo Modern” collection, drawing on Madame de Pompadour as his muse. The show played up the tension between 18th-century ornamentation and sleek modern tailoring, organza petals and frilled garlands at the hips and shoulders offset by sharply cut pantsuits and camel coats, all in Max Mara’s signature restrained palette.
Prada delivered one of the most talked-about shows of the season, chaotic both on and off the runway. Clothes appeared purposely ravaged, fraying at the seams, and soiled—reflecting “the world is a mess”; 15 models stormed through the space at furious pace, returning three times with layers removed or added, revealing hidden garments beneath.
Belgian designer Meryll Rogge became Marni’s first female creative director since founder Consuelo Castiglioni (1994-2016). Rogge deliberately pulled back from Risso’s maximalist, experimental vision to reconnect with Castiglioni’s original bourgeois-meets-bohemia aesthetic. Sequins trembling in rows on gauzy tops and chunky knitted sweaters.’90s-rooted pieces: zippered nylon dresses, boxy three-button blazers for men.
EMPORIO ARMANI, the debut of Silvana Armani and Leo Dell’Orco presenting the first co-ed Emporio Armani collection following Giorgio Armani’s death in September 2025.
