Four things to know this Friday

Seven planets in retrograde, and home improvements that are equal parts exhausting and satisfying. Life lately! Meanwhile, I’m helping clients declutter their wardrobes and welcome the new season, putting together…

Hello, my lovelies. There’s been a lot of rearranging lately, and with 7 planets in retrograde doing their thing, a few things have felt a little more chaotic than they needed to be.

Home improvements are proving to be that particular kind of exhausting that somehow feels worth it once you see things coming together. And so is the deep cleaning after a long, dusty summer!
Meanwhile, client wardrobe reviews are in full swing: editing out what no longer works, making room for what does, and getting ready to welcome a new season with a little more intention. I want to invite you to check out Doora, the app that will let you shop my closet, because a good wardrobe deserves more than one life.

The FW26–27 guide is also taking shape, which means lots of looking, editing, connecting the dots, and figuring out what’s actually worth bringing into our wardrobes.

F for Facts/ Fun

How to improve your performance at work, declutter your room to declutter your mind, and spicy romance books.

F for Fashion/ Beauty

How to add tweaks to make your outfit trendy, the number one color for this season, which denim trend is back, 7 trends dominating this fall, and how often you should wash your hair.

F for Fitness/Health

What are the benefits of camel milk, this nut butter can lower the risk of diabetes, which protein powder is better for muscle growth, and risks of a high-carb diet.

F for Food

4 cucumber recipes, 5 ways to eat sweet potatoes, a fancy egg toast, and a high-protein, healthy Tiramisu recipe.

Until next week, InshAllah.
