While many crave the burgers towering high and cheesy pizza, my treat is to find the best salad whenever I go.
And we are not talking here about the lettuce, tomato and cucumber ones, nope I mean the elaborated full meal ones.

On a rainy day after spending the morning touring MOMA, we walked a bit to find a gem!

All fresh, an huge bar where you can see all the ingredients, from fresh veggies to cooked proteins and carbs.

Choose the size and build your own bowl. I opted for the mix of roasted kale with caramelized onions and sunset beets and oranges topped with grilled Salmon, while my friend picked the roasted chicken.
