Go Soumy Go:)

Few weeks ago, I got a message about an event organized by Avalon plus and The Beazbee restaurant.

They both joined forces to support Soumy. In 1999, she had a tragic car accident that deprived her from walking again. This girl is a warrior though, and with all the determination she had, she embraced her new life and kept going on full of hope for a better future. And here she is today,training to participate in this year’s marathon.

For only 10$ you can take part of this initiative while enjoying 1h 30 minutes of lively workouts by Avalon’s trainer and delicious healthy treats. You can also stay for lunch at the very unique beazbee!

I had the pleasure to take part of the workout sessions while enjoying a quick chat with Soumy, she is a great inspiration on how important it is to fight back despite the hard circumstances this life puts us through. A true wonder women with a shiny smile; a bundle of hope and joy.
