How was your week my lovelies? Well the least I could say about mine is TOUGH and CHALLENGING!

Optimistic!

Since we last talked, my foot injury resurfaced with painful nights and if it wasn’t for my osteopath, I wouldn’t have dreamed about walking on it soon. That bunion is making nasty appearance. On another not so pleasant note, my fridge decided to leave me mid way:( Last month it broke and I attempted to fix it paying a respectful amount for what would have been peanuts due to inflation and dollar rates, judging that the one who fixed it actually made it worse and I ended up obliged to buy a new one. The dollar rates are making the silliest amounts outrageous and Allah knows where will we end.

The pandemic isn’t over! Numbers are increasing by the day and awareness and precautions are going the other way. Please keep your distance, wear your masks and be mindful to any symptoms you might have. Check the vaccine tracker showing the different laboratories work and their progress.

F for Fun

For those whose dream to relive their childhood fantasy and visit Disney land, be careful as even if the parks are open, you are banned from eating while walking.

In many off my workout classes, I used to encounter some who had wrist pain or weakness, here is a very good wrist stretch if you fall into that category.

Michele’s resort collection for Gucci is a celebration of his point of view, pieces that belong to his aesthetic. Victoria beckham denims high-cut flares with contrast patch pockets. Andrew’s collection for Ferragamo was designed with a focus on lightness and suppleness. And the festa di piazza with Maria Grazia Chiuri for Dior.
