Four things to know this Friday

This week we learn how men also struggle with body image, shop some of Mango’s transitional pieces, tiktok beauty hacks, how to pump your workout and travel with this Afghani…

The beauty of maturing with experiences is that even the “negative” ones are turned positive with the lessons that you learn; which helps you grow and, hopefully, avoid falling in the same trap twice.
One of the main lessons that I learned throughout my life is to listen to my intuition and to trust the “process” aka what Allah SWT has in store for me.
For example, when repetitively I feel that a person doesn’t like me, their energy speaks louder, I should trust that inner feeling, and stay away of them as possible, as they will end up hurting me on way or another!
Another valuable example, is to trust that when a “bad” thing happens to me, it is mostly to teach me something, or to prevent something worse form happening or so something even Better comes my way.

Enough with my life coaching tips and let us dig deeper with some interesting things to know this week.

F for Fun /Facts

I already wasn’t a fan of this word which is overused to describe the Lebanese people, and here it is misused in work environment too: the toxic resilience. Another concept that is forced in some cultures, that men in general cannot be vulnerable, well not in this space, here is what to do if you have body image struggles as a man.

F for Fashion (Beauty)

Copy these street styles from CPHFW, shop those transitional pieces from Mango and follow tiktok hacks to beat the humidity and makeup hacks for oily skin.

F for Fitness

No more dull moments, here is how to pump your workout, try this outdoor circuit workout and squeeze these 6 minutes obliques exercises.

F for Food

What are the healthiest types of tea , replenish on these potassium rich foods ad satisfy your sweet tooth with theses cinnamon grilled peaches and mascarpone. Travel with Zahra remaking this Afghani Eggplant Borani!

See you next week!
