F for Fun
As we are surrounded by fake peeps and lifestyles, a little help for those, how not to act like a nouveau riche:P
F for Food
This weather calls for a snuggle under a blanket or facing a chimney with a cup of hot drink in hand. But what is the difference between hot chocolate and cocoa. How about this apple pie toast?!
F for Fitness
30 min cardio for ovulatory phase, yep, we can customize workout for these too!
F for Fashion
Parise Fashion week is wrapping up with a full spectrum of shows that left us craving for more looks changes for the next season. Elie Saab grace of design with introducing new forms this time bomber jackets with sequins and colors. Zuhair Murad defied borders with a traveling soul in an exotic and vivid palette. Valentino celebrated the power of Pink, a special shade created in collaboration with Pantone, Balenciaga tribute to suffering war victims in a stormy show with asymmetrical dresses and hoodies. Stella McCartney celebrated Frank Stella’s art, balloon skirts and collag-y prints with colored boots. Louis Vuitton presented the masculine notes of his collection with suits and tailored silhouettes. Giambattista Valli celebrated the Parisian women of Now with her feminine looks and the usual ruffles and tulles volumes. Chanel re-centered the collection around tweed and mixed with knits and rain boots for a country side girl. And finally, Miu Miu reminded us of the years 2K again with the low waist for their second collection in a row as well as layering oversized with lingerie like silhouette.
