Throwback to this beautiful healthy banana cake that I can’t ever taste in my life (I’m allergic to bananas 😅) Recipe below and highlighted with cakes 🍰 Ingredients 4 ripe bananas, mashed (or 1 and 1/3 cups mashed bananas) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 4 TBS brown sugar or honey Combined together: 3/4 cup wholewheat flour, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt 2 TBS olive oil 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional) 1/4 cup chopped walnuts/pecans (optional) Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees C Using a spoon, stir the mashed bananas, egg, vanilla and cinnamon until well combined Add the flour mixture and stir again Add the olive oil and combine Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan lined with baking paper Sprinkle the chocolate chops and walnuts on top (if using any) Bake for 35-40 mn Let the cake to sit for 10 mn in the pan before removing it كيك الموز الصحي يحمى الفرن على حرارة ١٨٠ درجة مئوية يوضع ورق خبز (ورق زبدة في كعب صينية الخبز) بملعقة خشب، نخلط ٤ موز مستوي جيداً مهروس (او كوب و ثلث موز مهروس) مع بيضة، ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا و نصف ملعقة صغيرة قرفة في وعاء آخر، نخلط ٣/٤ كوب طحين اسمر مع ٣/٤ كوب طحين ابيض، ملعقة صغيرة بايكينج باودر، ملعقة صغيرة بايكينج صودا و رشة ملح يضاف خليط الطحين على خليط الموز و يحركوا جيداً يضاف ٢ ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون و يحركوا يوضع المزيج بصينية الخبز * اختياري: يزين الوجه بربع كوب حبيبات الشوكولا الداكنة (او شوكولا مقطع) و ربع كوب جوز مقطع يخبز ل ٣٥-٤٥ دقيقة يترك ليرتاح في صينية الخبز ل ١٠ دقائق قبل ازالته من الصينية
