Vous étiez nombreux à trouver la bonne réponse 😍 je vous présente un gâteau à la semoule et au curcuma (à ma façon) ou sfouf en suivant la recette de l’adorable Leyla @chefleylafathallah vu en IGTV sur la page @thevoicenotechef:  Ingrédients: – 1 tasse semoule fine – 1 tasse de farine – 1 tasse de sucre – 1.5 c.s. levure chimique – 1.5 c.s. curcuma – 1 tasse lait –  1/2 tasse huile végétale – 1/3 tasse de beurre fondu     – 4 c.s. graines de sésame  Méthode: – Faites revenir les graines de sésame dans une poêle pendant 6 minutes. – Préchauffer le four à 180°C.   – Mélanger tous les ingrédients secs puis ajouter par ordre le lait, l'huile végétale et le beurre fondu. – Verser la moitié de la préparation dans un moule à cake de 15 cm tout en couvrant les bords avec de la crème de sésame et la deuxième moitié dans un moule à cake de 10 cm. – Enfournez pour 40 minutes.  Crème chantilly fleur d'oranger. – Fouetter 25 cl de crème liquide entière + 20g de sucre glace + 1 cs de fleur d'oranger jusqu'à l'obtention d'une crème. Pocher la crème sur le pourtour et sur le dessus du petit gâteau.
