So far, my experiences at The four seasons were more than satisfying. Something about this hotel is so charming, as they value whoever walks in with a service as expected from a 5 stars deserving 7 stars and more.

We enjoyed an exquisite dinner celebrating my cousin’s engagement.

Welcomed like royalties, surrounded by beautiful people everything was awesome.

The bread basket, key to my heart: multigrain, and the shape so creative!

And start tickling your palate with a spoon of salmon tartare topped with edamame.

It started with the greek salad, believe me when I day it was THE BEST i have ever tasted; the presentation, the quality of scooped feta cheese, the kalamata olives; everything about this salad was of high quality

Meat, yes please,the steak, as tender as babies cheek if I can do the comparison, cooked medium rare as requested, laying over not so boring veggies, and you name the sauce you want and it will be there!

Leave room for dessert, Chef Mohamad, what a creative person, raising the barre high with pastry, the fondant is just Out of this world, i cannot even find words to describe it.

He also prepared the engagement cake, so delicately decorated, so classy, so Four seasons!

And wash all this out with a tisane, served with more tiny sweet bites!

I just love this place, and will be back definitely, thank you for cherishing your customers and treating us like guests, you aced it!
