Four things to know this Friday

Hello lovelies, I’m back from my vacation in Istanbul (travel guide on the way) and wow, I had forgotten how good it feels to truly disconnect. Wandering new streets, soaking in fresh experiences, and slowing down a little reminded me how important it is to pause and recharge. I should definitely do this more often, and maybe, so should you.
Now that I’m home, the crisp fall air filled with mouneh aromas, and encourages you to a good seasonal declutter; from kitchen shelves to closets (and mindsets too!).
If you’re ready to reset your wardrobe for the new season or rediscover pieces you already own, I’ve got you covered. Book your styling or closet edit session and let’s make fall your most effortless yet.

F for Facts /Fun

Are you ignoring these red flags in your relationship, how to stay calm when life feels uncertain, does trio friendship work?

F for Fashion / Beauty

The world lost Diane Keaton, the indelible screen and style icon whose idiosyncratic, menswear-tinged elegance forever changed how we think about modern dressing. She died on October 11, 2025; her family has confirmed the cause as pneumonia.
The creative directors musical chairs continued with Maria Grazia Chiuri return as Fendi’s chief creative officer.
Fashion weeks continued, this time Shanghai doubled down on homegrown voices this season: Shushu/Tong, Markgong and emerging names like Oude Waag led runways that married traditional techniques with contemporary tailoring with a clear nod to China’s growing creative confidence.
Riyadh returns as a headline-making stage (30+ shows) with big debuts between Oct 16–21, 2025. Vivienne Westwood’s debut Middle East runway was a major moment as the brand brings embroidered gowns and craft collaborations to the Kingdom. Stella McCartney is slated to close the week.
The VS show returned in New York Wednesday with a star-packed runway and big musical moments. The show leaned into spectacle (wings, capes, sequins) and a moment of inclusivity athletes and a broader cast appeared. Jasmine Tookes opened the show in a memorable, baby-bump-celebratory look; walking while nine months pregnant and creating one of the night’s most talked-about images. Barbie Ferreira made her VS debut (PINK segment), plus Alex Consani, Precious Lee, Iris Law and Emily Ratajkowski all hit the runway. Missy Elliott closed with a medley; K-pop group TWICE, Karol G and Madison Beer also performed.

F for Fitness / Health

How to get better sleep and less stress, what is fire cider and how can it beat the flu, early symptoms of breast cancer, relieve insomnia with these exercises.

F for Food
