This year, again, I decided to bring three major milestones together—my 9th blogiversary (June 8th), my 40th birthday (March 13th), and the mid-year mark.
They each reflect growth, change, and a deeper understanding of what matters most. I wanted to honor them in one meaningful moment and invite you into that reflection with me. To honor and celebrtae 9 years of sharing my life and style online, with honesty and heart; rebuilding and rebranding Ptitnfit into something even more aligned; turning 40 and feeling more myself than ever; mid-year perspective that reminds me to slow down and realign and You, who make this space feel alive and worthwhile
So tell me: how are you finding this year? Are you embracing change, or gently resisting it? Wherever you are, I hope this post meets you there.
9 years of Ptitnfit; from passion to purpose
When I started Ptitnfit 9 years ago, it wasn’t with a business plan or a strategy; it was simply me, sharing the things I loved. From fashion to lifestyle rituals, travel to real, everyday beauty. My early posts weren’t polished, but they were honest, and I think that’s why they connected.
Over time, some posts stood out as true reader favorites: my travel and lifestyle guides, to the styling tips and reflections on personal growth. These weren’t just about aesthetics—they were about values. And they still reflect what Ptitnfit is all about.
The blog grew, and so did the digital world around it. Instagram became more visual, then more video-focused as reels took over; obviously it was also aligned with Facebook. Later, TikTok arrived, and I explored more type of content also on Youtube and Pinterest.
My content evolved with these changes—from photo diaries, lipsync to voiceover styling tips, from blog posts to multi-format storytelling.
The blog recently got a full revamp to reflect all of that: a cleaner look, easier navigation, and clearer access to my services and styling work. If you haven’t explored it yet, now’s the time!
Most importantly, what hasn’t changed is my why; to connect, to create space for style that feels wearable, to share beauty that’s intentional and to celebrate stories that feel true.
Ptitnfit has become more than a blog; it’s a part of who I am.
Turning 40: Lessons, grace, and letting go of fear
On March 13th, I turned 40; and to be honest, it felt like a deep exhale.
There’s a lot of fear projected onto aging, especially for women. But stepping into my forties has been empowering. It’s not about “having it all figured out”; it’s about knowing yourself deeply and choosing what fits. It’s about style that reflects where you are now, not who you were or who others want you to be.
If you’re approaching 40 and feeling unsure, here are a few truths I’ve learned:
There’s no rush. You don’t have to hit every milestone on someone else’s timeline.
Saying no is a skill. Boundaries bring clarity, and No is a full sentence!
Style evolves and so do you, so just let it be.
Celebrate your softness. You don’t have to harden to be taken seriously.
It’s okay to start again and it is not too late!At 40, or any age.
The challenges? Of course they’re there. Being a freelancer while navigating uncertainty in Lebanon. Keeping up with changing digital platforms. But these have all stretched me in the best ways.
This new decade isn’t about reinvention—it’s about refinement. It’s about embracing the quiet strength that comes with truly knowing who you are.
Mid-year check-in; a personal and a global reset
We’ve officially reached the halfway mark of 2025, and wow—what a year it’s been so far. The past six months have felt intense; and this past week even more. From ongoing war on Palestine and Lebanon, to the shift in the region, the humanitarian crises to economic ups and downs and climate extremes; it’s been a lot to carry. The tension continues to shape our daily lives, emotionally and practically. Like so many, I’ve felt the weight of it.
Personally, it’s also been a whirlwind: from repainting and refreshing my home space (finally!) to diving into new collaborations and client work, and finding more balance between creation and rest. The blog got a makeover (finally!), and I revisited my styling services to better reflect the clients I work with—real, stylish, growing.
If you’ve been feeling stuck lately, here’s my message for you: You don’t have to wait for the new year to begin again. You don’t need big answers. You just need momentum. A new habit. A deep breath. A reminder of who you are. Ask yourself: What’s been working? What’s draining me? What do I want more of?
This season, I’m choosing slower content, more meaning, deeper intention. And I want the same for you—whether that’s in your closet, your calendar, or your creative path.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to refresh your life or your style, let this be your sign.
