Four things to know this Friday

My heart aches for my country, my heart bleeds for my Lebanon, ALL Lebanon. How is it ok to allow Israel to do whatever it wants, killing and destroying and carrying its genocidal plans in Lebanon as it is in Palestine.
The same excuses that Israel is using to attack civilians, journalists, buildings… in Palestine ang Gaza, are used also to do the same horrors in Lebanon. As usual, the hypocrisy of “statements of compassion” with Lebanon and “worries” of escalations while funding Israel and vetoing any international decision to stop this madness. Meanwhile, more martyrs, more destruction and more people losing their loved ones, their homes and their hopes.

So instead of the regular newsletter, I will dedicate this one for way in which you can help Lebanon and without forgetting exposing what is happening in Palestine.

F for Falasteen / Lebanon

Who is this war against? In Lebanon as in Gaza, innocent civilians are being slaughtered, fleeing for “safe” zones which are never safe. Health system in Gaza is weakened more and more, and as winter is approaching, the situations in displacement camps will get worse. Same goes for Lebanon where now most of the people fleeing their houses are taking refuge in schools, while Israel is threatening of ground invasion in Lebanon. And just as I was writing this to be published (way later than usual) a massive attack in at least 6 buildings between Haret Hreik and Bor Al Barajneh.
