Four things to know this Friday

New year is starting on another set of very hard events, from the attack on a building to assassinate a Hamas leader in Beirut (ongoing attacks on south in between), to the attack in Iran, to the earthquake in Japan and the aircrafts collision, it is not a smooth entrance 2024.

However I do wish and pray that soon we will witness the end of injustice and only Allah can do that.

F for Facts

Should we keep repeating the same things over and over? Leave Lebanon alone, how is it acceptable to attack a building with drones disregarding and violating the sovereignty of a country? All the love to South Africa for filing a suit against Israel for the genocide in Gaza. And while 90 days later, not one moment of peace (even in the fake humanitarian pause that happened), no clear actions to stop Israel whose officials and army are very outspoken about their plans.

F for Fashion

Choose the winter fragrance as per your zodiac sign, what to gift your stressed friend, 10 wardrobe staples for women over 30s, Parisian chic holiday and winter scandi styles. and finally the pantone color of the year!

F for Fitness (Health)

Hop on the new 2024 trend with mobility exercises, mental health is always a priority; what are the most common issues people share in therapy during holidays? Make sure to set these boundaries. Set your new year’s resolutions with Lana.

F for Food

A sweet start of the year with banoffe pie, high protein shakes without adding protein powder, batch recipes that will warm you, and who can’t love shish barak!

See you next week!
