A fast food joint decided to take it to another level to make it more of a gourmet destination and then Smoking bun was born.
A small outlet in Hamra followed by two other branches in Mar Mkhayel and seasonal one in Kfardebian.
Regulars used to enjoy a stress free menu consisting of choosing the cooking degree of your meat and what drink you want to have.

Until Smoking bun decided to include its loyal customers in choosing multiple add ons to their all time favorite burgers; and there The Battle Of The Add Ons was born!
Upon a sweet invitation from Zomato, I went to practice my right and voted for my favorite!
I had to choose between:
– Caramelized onions
– Mushrooms cooked in truffle oil
– Fried egg
– Swiss cheese
– Bacon
And a side of guacamole.
So I thought why not be adventurous and make my burger as messy as I want!
Mine was filled with goodness: caramelized onions with the mushrooms topped by a fried egg all over a bed of high quality medium rare beef burger with a homemade bun, their super tasty fries dusted with smoked spices and a dip of chunky guacamole.
A mix of flavors one complimenting the other and sweetened by a welcoming host and lovely staff.
