3-2-1…Mature!

Year after year, I look forward my birthday. Another reason to celebrate is more than welcome.

I never look at how old I am getting, will consider myself an eternal baby in soul, continuously looking for new adventures and discoveries.

I am embracing these years, that are hopefully bringing me more wisdom, knowledge and experience. I am seizing the chance that I have on each day passing to explore what this world has yet to show me.

I took the habit to celebrate myself, not that I lack of lovable family and friends who are willing to make the most out of this day! And so the birthday / week celebration started!

First on the list, pampering the birthday lady at Maguie Richa’s beauty care center, Maguie, Jouj and Antoinette you are the sweetest ladies adding beautiful touch on my look.

A last friday happy hour at Main street Hamra to catch up with friends, thank you Ahmad for tolerating and catering my weird virgin drinks requests 😘.

Saturday started eventually at my favorite morning stop at Roy’s public house, thank you  for brightening my Saturday mornings, love yaaaa 😍💕.

Beauty care anyone?! As recommended by ma chacha, I tried Michel Layoun salon for a small makeover, and I totally recommend it. A wonderful massage 💆 by Issam and a creative touch that made the difference by Michel😍.

And now, these boots are made for walking  💃! Garden state was the adequate first stop to warm up with the best gang before we hit the dance floor at the one and only  The one, never deceiving.

Sunday lazy morning was needed before I carry on this time over a delicious lunch at Society Bistro to chitchat with my favorite ladies ever, ma chacha and my sunshiny 💕.

La petite had to rest, disconnect and de-stress. For that I booked a night at Zenotel, check the post to have the details of the what I can say that I highly recommend it.

I overlooked the heavy rain, and woke up on Jour J, my effective birthday in the perfect ambiance! And a Scarlet rose from Exotica delivered with a lovely message of my rock.

Back to Beirut, a stop for foot reflexology at 180 gym and spa. These guys are goooood. It was not my first experience there and I came back because they are really professional and affordable. Check their website to have an idea about their prices. A must try👍.

La finale was crowned by Salt by Chef Eddy Diab as you already know.

Oh wait, it is not over yet🙊, when you have awesome colleagues who became friends and dearer you must be celebrated in a heartwarming way. We gathered at Bandidos to end the week on Cha cha cha notes!

You know what mattered in all of that, the people who were part of it. Those are my true gifts ( along the material ones I got and I loved 😉).

Birthday after birthday, I am not adding  years to my life, but experiences and souls, who are my treasure, my all.

The key in all of that is how much we dare to uncover who we are, and embrace what this life has for us. The key is to trust God’s will and his plan for us. Yes, everything happens for a reason and you just have to let go, take the jump with eyes wide open, and the best is yet to come🤗.
